Our service levels are running relatively normally.
When we first receive notification of a power cut, we apply an initial estimated restoration time based on typical averages for the situation. As and when we have assessed the work involved and assigned resources to the job, we will provide an updated estimated restoration time.
If we encounter unexpected difficulties during the site works, we will provide another updated estimated restoration time.
