Engaging to deliver a better energy future

We continue to deliver our current Business Plan (2015-23), which was created following proactive engagement with thousands of stakeholders across the communities we serve and includes a £2.7 billion investment plan to deliver improvements for our customers.

We've also set out our proposals for a greener energy future as part of our latest business plan which was submitted to our regulator Ofgem on 1 December 2021.  Our plan for the next price control period,  RIIO-ED2 which will run from April 2023 to March 2028, has been created following our largest ever programme  of engagement.

We've actively sought and listened to the viewpoints of a range of customers and other key stakeholders across the region to help shape our RIIO-ED2 business plan.

Through our plan, we've set out our proposals for key areas including future energy systems, network improvements and security, our role as an economic enabler, supporting decarbonisation and net zero emissions targets and delivering for our customers through high quality, fairly priced and inclusive services.
